On-Site Security

Our security team is positioned throughout the park all night. If you need help or see something concerning, flag down any nearby staff member — you don't need to find a specific post, our team is spread across the grounds.

Report a Concern

For anything urgent, find the nearest staff member right away. For non-urgent questions or follow-up after your visit, you can call Scream Town anytime at 1-888-317-7308.

Guest Conduct

• No outside alcohol, and no smoking anywhere on the property
• Wear proper outdoor footwear — the grounds are uneven farmland and forest
• Stay on the marked path; no running or pushing
• No touching props, actors, or displays outside designated touch attractions
• No cutting in line, and abusive language isn't tolerated
• Guests who don't follow these rules may be removed without a refund, and other members of their group may be asked to leave too
